We always ship on time! After your order leaves our hands, USPS controls the delivery timeline. Delays are rare, but they can happen with the shipping carrier. If your event is coming up soon, send us a message with the date so we can plan accordingly.

📍 Address Accuracy:

Please double-check the shipping address submitted at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require a new shipping fee.

If you need to update your address, we’ll need to cancel and reissue your order with the correct information. Just message us and we’ll help you through it!
